On arrival the staff were warm and welcoming, the room (27) was around 18 Degrees C with no way of controlling the heating in the room. The sash windows let in a draft which being late October meant that it was a little fresh in the room. The beds were comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. Had an evening meal in the bar, where the staff were once again warm and welcoming even helping my daughter with her Welsh language skills. Food was excellent quality and waiting times were more than acceptable. The morning came and we found that he only way to get warm water in the room was to run the tap / shower for a good 5 minutes as the boiler was located at the other end of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely with good quality ingredients and quickly served to us. All in all, a lovely one night stay, hotel could do with a little investment with regards to windows and heating, but for a hotel in a quiet part of rural north Wales, it is a nice place to spend a night.
Lovely place i stayed there 2 nights plenty space for car parking ,very quite and lovely staff breakfast was delicious thanku for special tea with samosas i highly recommend to people visit there thank you for amazing service
Had a lovely couple of days staying at The Eagles whilst visiting family in Llanrwst. Our room was fresh and clean. We had a very tasty meal in the evening. Best lasagne and side salad I've had in a while. Breakfast was really good . The staff were friendly and helpful. No hesitation to stay again .
The Sunday carvery at The Eagles is second to none. Super delicious, great choice of veggies and generous portions of meat. Excellent.
Lovely setting in snowdonia park.. we didn’t stay over but stopped in for food as it had been recommended.. and yes definitely worth the stop over.. my partner is veggie and they had amazing vegetarian options which is rare in many restaurants.. I had the southern fried chicken burger and it was delicious.. quirky seating set up but it works and we had a 2 month old and the changing facilities were perfect and the staff were lovely
I stayed at this hotel, which was booked by my daughter, and on entering the place, I was a little dubious. It looked run down. However, I was shown the room, and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable for a short stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay a great experience. I'd stay again no problem.
Lovely experience in this hotel. It was run by people who clearly cared about customer service. Good banter with the bar man. Very customer focused. Rooms were nice and clean and well set up but be prepared for steep stairs in higher rooms. Great options of room layout which is great for different party types / families. Good bar, good food.
